Mojito

30ml Bacardi Rum, dash of lemon juice and lime juice, 200ml fresh sugarcane juice and 3 crushed mint leaves, ice - all mixed in a cocktail shaker. Pour into glass without straining off the ice.

Brazilian Girl

10ml Southern Comfort , 10ml tropico liqueur, 10ml grenadine syrup, 50ml orange juice, 50ml cranberry juice, 100ml fresh sugarcane juice. Pour into a highball glass with plenty of ice and stir.

Ocho Rios

10ml Dark Rum, 10ml Light Rum, 10ml midori, 10ml blue caracao, 10ml lime juice, 100ml pineapple juice and 100ml fresh sugarcane juice. Shake lightly in a cocktail mixer, serve on ice.

Afternoon Delight (Non-Alcoholic)

200ml fresh sugarcane juice, 100ml cold black rooibos tea, dash fresh ginger juice, crushed lime quarters. All poured into a highball glass with ice and stirred.
