Take your favourite bowl and place in half the amount of your favourite untoasted muesli you expect to eat for the next morning. Now add 1/2 cup of sugarcane juice with 1/4 cup of filtered water.
ALLOW TO SOAK OVERNIGHT. It usually absorbs enough to double the amount you placed in the bowl.
In the morning just add fresh fruit and yoghurt. Experiment with the quantity of juice you want to soak with.
